You have to use a PC to do it, and you have to make sure your phone is set to a data connection instead of the USB disk that iTunes requires. Also, you need to install the drivers for the phone before trying to connect it in Windows. Both the drivers and the hacking tools are available at www.motomodders.net. Yep, I got it modded.
