I’m a big fan of the Authentic Boredom site. Great information about design, an interesting blog, plus cool links and resources. Best of all, is his four-part tutorial distressed design style called That Wicked Worn Look.

Well that look just got a lot easier a lot cheaper. Not that $32 for Mister Retro’s Machine Wash Filters was expensive. But the free distressed brushes at HowieZine are well, free. And free is cheaper than $32. And they’re insanely easy to use.

So, go get them now.
